I was opening our mailbox last week and my back twinged, resulting in me applying the considerable weight of my body to the key as I twisted it to unlock the box. The key snapped off inside the lock with no hope of getting it out with tweezers.
But where can I get a replacement lock? I've tried Jumbo and they'll sell me a complete new mailbox (annoying as it's a double shared with the house next door so I'd be paying for theirs).
So where next?
A locksmith? Ideally, I'd like to just fit a replacement lock! (I'd fit a padlock but my neighbour would object it doesn't look nice )

Or what about taking out the lock and bringing it to one of those "Mr Minite" shops?

You need a locksmith, but a new letter box from Jumbo maybe cheaper

About the only time I get anything valuable it’s too big, so it’s put into the unlocked milkbox, or put on the doorstep.
