can i report a bike stolen on the 01st of september, when the incident occurred in June?

I was going to do it, but then forgot, and this happened, and then that. then holiday, and now its august.

Why don't you post a photo/description here at the same time?

You have three months from the day you learned about the theft. You can report it at any Swiss police station you like, they are obligated to take on the report.

This is just a guess, but if you don't know whether you can stay in the three months limit, you could try reporting in by phone, number 117, and add the details later on in person.

Thanks for sharing the limit - i will then report it. i was a bike stolen in basel (surprise, surprise)
