Nonetheless it is the idea of Revolut not having any phone number, address nor physical presence in Switzerland (or the country where one resides) which gives it a less safe feel.
Mere fiddly contact via an app or a call centre that has been outsourced to a country where labour is ten times less expensive than elsewhere, is hardly ideal and it isn't what customers in Switzerland (or indeed some other neighbouring countries) are used to with regard to level of service.

But then you know you get a card from a British bank.
I had to contact them once and that worked really well. If you read the forum, you will always find people who hate UPC and some who are happy with UPC, as an example.
Hardly a fair or appropriate comparison. You are not pre-loading your precious and hard-earned money onto a bank card with UPC and expecting it to work flawlessly worldwide for withdrawals and/or purchases. UPC has a direct point of contact in CH. Revolut doesn't as yet.
