First inspection offer cost 2200chf this might get expensive before we are done. Is there no cheaper way to do this? Are they very strict so thick walls needs to be build?
Currently i have blocked of a door the connects to apartment to the rest of my house. I did it myself and use a 2 layers of cast/giessen plates some isolation foam on the backside of the door. And now we can just hear the renters a little if they are laughing loud.
Any good ideas to avoid tons of costs/fees and is it really necessary.
