So I am planning to sell my own car that I purchased 10 months ago. Main reason is that I am being provided with a company car...
The car is an 2017 BMW that was purchased like I said around 10 months ago from a dealer - it was not new at the time of purchase.
Now, my understanding is that to be on the safe side I need to sign a contract with the buyer in order to protect myself - and what I want to include in the contract is that I do not want to provide any form of warranty & exclude all liability.
Can you please advice that by adding in the selling contract the following:
"Toute garantie est exclue dans la mesure où cela est autorisé par la loi, et notamment toute action en rédhibition ou en réduction du prix." and
"Le véhicule est vendu tel qu'examiné par l'acheteur, sans garantie."
will be sufficient ?
Anything else that I need to mention / add ?
I am not trying to hide anything but I want to avoid a situation where the car for example will broke down later on and the buyer is coming back and asks me basically to pay for all kind of repairs, etc ...
