So am really curious if anyone knows a better site than Glassdoor (I find it that the salaries are not in the correct range there, and the reviews are not that honest) regarding company reviews and salaries / work environment and so on. In my home country he had a great site with onest opinions from people who worked at the XYZ company (off course, there were always the paid HR reps who gave really good reviews but it was fairly easy to sniff them out).
Tried to search google / also chatGPT and got only this (I am not necessarily looking for sites which host job openings, only reviews) :
