The "lived in Switzerland for a total of five years" is open for interpretation...
If someone lived in Switzerland for 5 years (work/study), got married with Swiss citizen, went abroad together for 2 years, came back and applied after 12 months: will this satisfy the requirements?
It absolutely is. I had several winter seasons of 5-6 months included in my 5 years. I listed so many separate stays, I thought there is no way this will fly; 6 months here, 2 months, another 6 etc etc. was accepted without question.
Are you sure that’s not for normal naturalisation. Considering you can get facilitated having never lived in Switzerland - I think L permits are still fine (mine was only 5 years ago). You also don’t need a C permit for facilitated.
I can only find reference to this under ordinary naturalisation. Ordinary it’s states L is not ok. Facilitated it just says 5 years residence. If you have a link that says otherwise I’d love to see it.
