Startup: BVG / pension providers

Any recommendations for pension BVG providers which are easy to deal with? For my new GmbH

Zurich insurance seem to want weeks for a basic quote. Allianz sent me a super complex excel to complete with highly technical questions before they will issue a quote +1 week later

thanks

We started with SwissLife, via an offer from IFJ. We could register online here.

However, conditions were not great and they didn't offer much flexibility on their online offer. We changed to Axa now with help of an insurance broker. I can pass you the contact details if you are interested.

thanks alot for the insights! I actually have an AXA broker I use already, so am good there

Also with AXA and works well.

Not a startup but for one of our smaller companies in Switzerland we use SwissCanto and our finance person is happy with them.

I went with Axa. No problems at all.

Reporting back here:

AXA & Baloise = good and easy to deal with, quick with quotes

Allianz = wanted complex spreadsheets filled in before getting a quote, gave up

Zurich = still waiting for a quote after several weeks, giving up

Went with AXA

I'm with Axa Columna Collective. It's a pooled arrangement so, in theory, better returns...

I did have a problem with the process based on my assumptions from UK experience. You have to pay Pillar II as soon as you start paying a salary (it's optional in the UK) so i have the P-in-the-A process of backdating contributions.
