I‘m in Berlin right now and due to fly back on Monday. Even if there is no strike yet planned at BER I doubt I‘ll fly back that day.
Im due to fly via Munich on Monday. I called Lufthansa and they have not been informed about it yet.

Thank you At least Lufthansa will rebook us if it happens. Its not the first time i had a flight cancelled. At least i have the luxury of being flexible on timings.
They could be affected aswell, depends on the part of germany,most strikes happen in the south and the middle of germany that day.
I had expected them to start rebookings already now but maybe they are hoping for a positive outcome.
Flights will be disrupted anyway when public transport is not working.
From my place in Berlin to BER it is 95 EUR by taxi.... a bit less with Uber. Great....

It has finally officially been cancelled but no alternative yet. Im waiting for someone to pick up the phone and rebook me. I cannot do it online for some reason.

Nothing. No idea how they expect people to get to the airport with no public transport and BER being "am A** der Welt" (at the end of the world).

No its ok. Im losing a day but at least i will go. I must not be ungrateful.
I called them on the Greek number and got through. They have an English option as well. Maybe try that one? Its 0030 21 1121 1712.
