Good day everyone. So, we're presently in an appeal against the immigration office with SID Bern. The immigration office claimed in their rejection that they could not verify the authenticity of the documents used in applying for admission at the university because of the crisis going on in my country. But, we know of other cases that the Swiss embassy in my country have carried out checks on documents in the same area my friend comes from. One of those persons involved have provided us with the results of the check by the embassy.
My question is, is it allowed for us to state that the immigration office was wrong in saying that the embassy could not carry out the authenticity check because of the instability in the area? And can we also add this result from the other person to prove this point?
Thank you all in advance for your advice.
You can do what you want, whether it is enough for them to change their minds is another thing completely !
