Could some one tell me best service operator for mobile data and calls ? It should have good network and my work would be hybrid should have stable smooth streaming quality .
Please can someone suggest best sim operator and plan plz .

It all depends on your exact location when working from home. You might all 3 networks before deciding for a contract.
Stability is quite difficult to predict. I'm pretty happy with two Salt SIMs, one in the phone and one in the 4G modem, achieving almost 100mbps on 4G.
The phone SIM has flat rate for both voice and data in the whole EU.
However, few times a year the signal drops, so that home 4G Internet becomes useless with about 1 mbps. Last week it was like this for a whole day, for both phone and modem, and support could not find anything wrong with the cell.
Wife's phone with Swisscom SIM was OK at ca. 50 mbps at exactly the same time, and I had to use it as a hotspot to keep joining my Zoom/Teams/Skype calls.
On the other side, my Salt phone normally catches 4G even in the cellar, while wife's Swisscom doesn't see the network in the cellar at all.
