Seriously though, many of us don't read T&C's and wing it. Here customer service isn't a redeeming quality, and companies employees have them under there pillows, and can quote chapter and verse at anytime. So largely we only have ourselves to blame if we Switzerland ourselves... still doesn't help us not feel peeved though.
