That’s often but not always related to the size of the organisation. Small you can change, big no chance. Everyone’s just a cog in the wheel.

This is also how my software related chats look like in bing. Looks like I found a proof that M$ intentionally doesn’t want bing to help developers, but be like a “web search” only

The large FAANG like companies driving the tech innovation are investigating heavily in AI, thus disinvesting from other projects and laying off regular software developers. Other companies, the consumers of the tech created by FAANG/NVIDIA/Open AI etc - no idea.
