thanks for all tips. so the pre thanksgiving went well, below is my tart and a pumpkin pie (my friend made) my tart was a bit dry, i think next time i will use the custart recipe. and also i used frozen pie pastry so it was not sweet, also would have been better with a sweet crust. but as it was my first time it was ok (eaten with lots of cream and ice cream helped too) oh and happy turkey day to those who celebrate today!
