I order a small thing online and on swisspost internet tracking said delivered on Friday at my mailbox according to my no need signature instructions. However I never seen it. May be stolen or something. I called swisspost but they said nothing they can do. How dis appointing. Is it can't trust swiss post or neighbourhood anymore...... 😔

Depends on where you live. If in an apartment block and the parcel is left in view then yes, someone may have taken it.
Is it small and goes intoailbox or big? If latter could someone have taken it by mistake? Once it happened to me and parcel reappeared. If in mailbox, have you checked the neighbors mailboxes? Could be it was misplaced.
Theft of course does happen but it's still relatively rare.

Specially for "foreign" last names. Once we had a neighbor which had the same last name as wife but with an S instead of a Z. Explained to the mailman the difference but never got it. Neighbor returned our letters, we returned her letters.
