Would anybody be able to provide a tax advice for free to help me figure out at what point I will need to pay taxes here as well as the amount?
I've received Status S residence permit and keep working for a Ukrainian company.
According to SEM, this is considered a home office job and the government doesn't mind if I'm hired by Ukraine. At the same time, I realize the question of taxes is still in the air and I need to figure it out before the 183 days end and I become a tax resident.
I would really appreciate your help!
Any income coming from work you carry out while physically present in Switzerland is liable for Swiss tax. Tax residence only means that you're liable for Swiss tax on worldwide income.
You also need to account for social contributions.
Search this forum for ANOBAG - the question has been asked many times. It is not specific to Ukraine or S-permits.
An employee of a foreign company, not tax registered in Switzerland, should consider working under the Anobag employment scheme or as an employee of a Swiss payroll company. I know of no reason why this would not apply to individuals with S status.
On a related topic, individuals with S status who are employees of Swiss companies would be subject to Quellensteuer, according to the Arbeitgeber Banken website (translated):
"Social insurances and taxes: The usual social insurance contributions must also be paid for employees with protection status S (AHV, IV, EO, UVG, PK). With regard to withholding tax, it is advisable - depending on the family situation of the person - to clarify with the cantonal tax authorities the applicable rate."

Beobachter responds to the question whether Ukrainian refugees working remotely for a Ukrainian company must file Swiss taxes:
"Do I have to pay taxes in Switzerland if I continue to work remotely for a Ukrainian employer?
Yes, in principle this is regulated by the applicable double taxation agreement between Switzerland and Ukraine. You must report to the tax office here and fill out a tax return. If Ukrainian taxes have already been deducted from your salary, you could in principle request a refund there - but it remains to be seen whether this will work in practice."
