So whereabouts is the marking on the sack? I just looked - we still have the old white ones - and don't see anything. We usually compress stuff down with big boots and the sack will be stuffed full - but able to be tied.
You made me worry. Just went to check the bags for my town and they do not have a fill up limit line.

Someone did comment that the "full mark" is when the diameter of the opening left when the bag is sealed should be no more than 10cm.

I was flabbergasted when I saw a friend of mine put rubbish to only 1/4 full and then set it out for collection. Forget fast cars and yachts - this is the ultimate way to flaunt your wealth!
Tell him about the 17l bags. He can still flaunt his wealth as they would only be 1/2 full.
