This is my first tax year in Canton of Bern and I am having trouble to file my tax return on taxme.ch
I registered successfully using my SwissID then get stuck at the Identitätsnachweis step. I enter my ZPV-Nr (that I received on my tax notification letter) and birthday and it gives me this error
Für den Identitätsnachweis benötigen Sie einen steuerlichen Anknüpfungspunkt zum Kanton Bern.
I have tried to use the option to give AHV-Nr but it give the same error.
What should I do in this case?
