Unemployed and old salary corrections

Hi all

I am currently unemployed and regularly registered at ORP.

An old employer 2 years ago has deducted more money than should, mainly for second pillar and another minor insurance and has to return me this money back.

Do I have to declare this money in to Caisse de Chomage, or this (as I believe) are not work incomes but just pure corrections on old salaries?

Thank you in advance

Welcome to the Forum. I can't imagine that it counts as income, particularly if you have documentation to prove it's a correction to a previous payroll slip. Hopefully someone else more knowledgeable will be along to clarify.

Thank you 3Wishes for you reply and kind welcome.
