I'm a UPC customer
I watch CNN (in english) on channel 220
I can't find it anymore.
Where did it go?
I'm trying to figure out if I accidentally deleted the channel - but I don't know how I would do that.
Anyone else having this issue?
Did I miss the memo that UPC will no longer provide CNN?
Its just weird --- I'm watching CNN one day, and the next its gone.
Do I love CNN -- NO not necessarily, however it's in english and I've gotten accustomed to the shows.
Channel 230 on my box.
It may vary depending on where you are though, I’m in Romandie.

Mine used to be on 220 in Zurich.
but no longer. The channel number doesn't even show up as a channel in the guide anymore.
Can always find it here: https://www.sunrisetv.ch/

Also the National Geographic channels that we pay extra for disappeared a few days ago. When I called they said they are aware and looking into it.

Well UPC is really Sunrise. Sunrise bought them last year? (not sure about timing). Anyway, CNN doesn't exist any longer on Sunrise either. Same with BBC.
I've had a service ticket open for three or four days now.
I'm watching CNN Int. HD on my TV right now. It did just do a channel list update.
I’ve been watching BBC every day this week without any problems.
Or open this link : TV using VLC.
I have UPC.
I just checked CNN, BBC, etc. all working fine.

Me too! No problem.
Personally I prefer SRF with the Rundschau and 10 vor 10.
The constant channel changes by UPC were one of the reasons for eventually ditching them for IPTV (Zattoo).

Would like to ditch UPC (i.e. Sunrise) basically because 90% of the channels are just pure crap.
