I am looking for some information on US visa slot bookings from the Bern US embassy

If anybody has any recent experience of visa slot booking who can give me an idea on

-number of days waiting time

-how many slots were needed for biometrics and interview and with how many days in between the slots

- processing times et cetera

It would be great help

I checked online for the wait times, which seem to fluctuate widely over days in weeks so also wanted to understand if those are accurate enough during the actual slot booking it self

As far as I remember, the interview and biometrics are done at the same time. There will be a long queue waiting. The interview is short. They will ask you why will you travel to America, what do you do here, how long will you stay, etc. In my experience, the waiting time is longer than the interview itself. During Covid, the process was very slow. Not sure how it is now though.
