I need to set up a secondary residence, in Vaud and I have to fill two forms.
I found little to no guidance on how to fill these forms, which are also only in french, and there is a big disclaimer "fill it wrong => you get fined"
Could you help me filling this information?
Please note, I keep paying the rent on my primary residence, while in my secondary residence, I will be a "free colocataire", and for other personal reasons, I HAVE to declare this as my secondary residence.
1) On the "Changement d'adresse"
Since I am registering a SECONDARY residence, my official address will not change. Should I, therefore, put in both sections the same address (the one of my first residence)?
2) On the Attestation d'hebergement
Who should I put here? Is this the landlord? The tenant who has the full lease, or someone else?
