I was wondering if any of you were using Viac vested benefits account? On the website, I couldn't tell what kind of investment options were available and whether it was the same as the 3A account (at least for the non-mandatory part).
Really? You can keep 100% cash, choose one of the predefined strategies (mostly investing in stocks) or compose your own. Whilst the principles are clear, it was never clear for me to decide because they only show me the data from last year (the performance of the strategies, etc), in terms of stock markets it's like making the guess from a tea fuses

I do. From what I can tell they're the same.
The URLs for one part of the website can be used for the other, including the subpages, just replace /pillar-3a/ with /vested-benefits/
Yeah I'm using it, it's great. The fund selection is pretty much the same. Using a custom strategy. You can chat to them via the website in english for any clarifications, always fast response
