Swiss Airlines have send out an email stating:
Anyone traveling to the United Kingdom without a visa now needs an electronic permit (UK ETA). This can simply be applied for in advance, is valid for two years, and is digitally linked to a passport.
Ignoring completely that UK passport holders do not need the ETA…
