I probably should have said I prefer capsules, I didn't think of that. I remember that place you've mentioned, I passed by there all the time when I lived in Zurich. But I only get to Zurich perhaps once or twice a year now.

Ok, I should have said 'a spoonful', not 'spoon.' The taste is not that bad . Linseed oil tastes like walnuts. And it is cheaper in oil form

Well... if you guys and girls ever try oil of oregano always buy it in capsules. I tried it first in liquid and mixed with tomato juice (tried lots of different juices) and it still always burned my mouth when drinking it.

Hi Bruce, I've been buying for years on the internet at reputable sources, only thing is lately the swiss customs have illegally stopped the goods entering the country a couple of times. I wonder if the UK stopped swiss chocs entering UK how would these swiss protectionists feel then? That by the way is the real reason you cannot buy foreign vitamins or even pharma products here >> because the swiss are the biggest protectionists. Anyhow you may hope they let it through customs, let me know if you need the webpages etc, shipping is rather costly though.

Perhaps we can order all together to keep costs down .

It was just the last few times, before no problems, guess customs see more people buying on net and try to stop as much as they can coming into their beloved country so you're lucky if you receive it. I ordered from Holland & Barrett 4 weeks ago & it was sent back twice by swiss customs.

The rotten cheats want the market but don't want share. When I wrote to the swiss customs & PTT, guess what? NO RESPONSE!!

Yes, I know PTT blah, blah .....James but lets not deviate from the subject, which was can one import vitamins? the PTT thing was only an extra note meaning I had written to the CH authorities asking why they block goods arriving from the UK, free trade and all that stuff doesn't exist in this paradise or should I say in this paradox?

For example look at the choice of products on sale in the EU pharmacies compared in CH who only sell swiss products to protect their market, that is why Dokter s could not find any foreign vitamins in CH and that's not fair business practice, especially as swiss export their goods all over the world. Wake up & let's not get hung up on semantics, stick with the plot.

Thanks Doktor s. I also have the book, the cure is in the cupboard which explains oil of oregano uses, must be the concentrated oregano type grown in the hills of Turkey or Greece and it's great for killing stomach bugs.
