I heard companies paying recruiters arounf 20-25k per month but I am not sure what is the standard rate.
Negotiations skills should be quit good as well to avoid recruiters making big margins.
And you felt obliged to dig it up once again!
I do the occasional consulting work doing copywriting, layout and website update for tech firms (all done legally, paying AHV etc.). I charge 100 CHFs per hour. I could probably do 120, but then I reckon I would get less work so it's a trade-off.
