I just preordered Pokémon Shining Pearl from wog.ch and they didn't ask my credit card number which makes me uncomfortable, since this is my first preorder, is this normal? How will they charge me?

If you didn’t pay by credit card they send you a bill with your order. You should have an option to select payment method at check out.
