It would help... but I'm not even a tenant, I'm just a resident with a nasty cold and sore throat that won't go away.
We have thermostats so we can in theory control the temperature, but for example if I set the heating up in the kid's bedroom, the amount of hot water flowing from the distributing system under the kitchen floor brings up the temperature in that room. Which is pretty stupid since you produce heat when cooking. Hence, we have a couple of rooms where the temperature is too low, a couple where it's just ok and the kitchen where it's always too hot. Nothing to be done there either, plumber confirmed it.
This is a case of luxury apartment with loads of fancy features that don't work very well. Possibly they did 14 years ago but maintenance has been shaky since then.
put your air ex changer on a timer ,four times a day for 5 min. or turn it of altogether and get a humidity fire The whole system sounds like a lousy Engineering job Or better move back to CANADA ;-)
Does the heat with the barley last? I have cherry stone one, but it loses heat far too quickly for my liking.
It's minus 30 C minus , 40 C with wind shield ,its time to set the "T" stat to 19 C and close the door
