When I order from mymigros (MMM is the closest store) it happens often that some items are missing or not in best shape.
I was wondering which day and times of the day are best to order.
To explain my reasoning: I understand that these shops get regular deliveries but I suspect some on some days they get more of the stock. Also the times they distribute these items in the store may differ. Then comes the time when the delivery items are prepared for the delivery.
Taking these into account what time would be best to ask for a delivery.
The question is more for migros but curious for coop too.

https://shop.migros.ch/en/supermarket/home rather than mymigros.ch? We have had regular good experience from shop.migros and three bad orders from mymigros, like you items not available, missing items bashed containers etc...
Seems like the are two different distribution systems.
Its not directly related to OPs question, but Aldi is currently testing its online shop in Zurich & its surroundings.

Thanks. I used to order from there but 1) they have different products (still ordering from both + coop + farmy); 2) mymigros has no min order threshold
My mymigros experience has not been that bad. I guess it depends a lot on the local store as mymigros brings from the closest migros store whereas ex leshop has its own distribution system. Some fruits/veggies have completely different packagings for example.
