where's the best place for anybody to pitch his/her startup-idea/project in Zurich and surroundigns? If you know about places with different kind of startup, it would be better.

I am more interested by now in industrial solutions and cloud-technologies.

Crowdfunding could be a solution since investors will not be as demanding as business angels or other professionnal investors.

That is a good advice, that I've heard from another entrepreneur. At the early stages is a bad idea having investors, who can only make problematic decisions a nightmare.
