The K 3 machine of 149,- is powerful enough for what you want to do, or get the floor cleaner for 239,- (which is limited in use, the first also allows cleaning your car or bikes.)

NEVER jet wash your car!!!! the slightest bit of paint damage at a jet wash will rip the paint off

You are not forced to use max power and stand at 5cm from the car. And if 120 Bar will rip of the paint it was bad/loose paint anyway.

I've used 2500 bar once to remove paint from wheels, and that indeed makes your car ready for a paint job (if you can avoid making dents in the metalwork)

Isn't it illegal to power-wash your car here using your own equipment at home?

Looked it up, and you are correct. Seems that they clean to proper and to much pollution comes of the car.
