White wall interior paints

Has anyone used or have thoughts on RAL 9003 for interior walls and ceilings? On many color charts it looks as if it might be a "brighter" white than the but I'm not sure how it works in real life.

Thanks.

RAL 9003 does appear to be a much brighter, truer white than RAL9010 (if RAL9010 is what you had intended to write in your post?). I've never used RAL 9003 myself, but these pages show photos of rooms painted in RAL 9003 in case that is of any help:

It looks like another common name for RAL 9003 is "signal white."

I think that RAL9003 might be good for kitchens and bathrooms, but it is a cold white, so you may want something a bit warmer (like RAL9010) for living rooms and bedrooms, especially if you have earth tones in your color schemes.

Yes, I did accidentally edit out RAL 9010 from my post. 9010, and 9016 seem to be the most common whites. I was wondering why 9003 seemingly doesn't get much consideration. I googled, YouTubed, and everywhere else I could find but didn't find much about its characteristics.

I also looking for something like a cooler temperature equivalent for the whites. I didn't see anything along that way either.

I was thinking to use in a basement stock/pantry room that doesn't get so much natural light.
