BTW - what’s going on with Amazon which tries in various ways to trick one into their “prime” service? To be honest, it looks more and more like a scam website.
I didn’t know one can do it. Maybe this “linkage” it is bank-specific? I have the Post Finance one and it doesn’t seem to offer such an arrangement.

That is already the law unless the mistake is obvious/the price difference is huge.
In the Galaxus case I wonder what the court would rule as they actually charged the credit cards AND delivered the goods. I would claim them finding out was far too late. It would be worth taking it to court.
Or to Kassensturz, that’s free (but don’t threaten them you will as that is illegal too!! Just do it.)
