Wise question

I have had a Wise/Transferwise account in CH for some years and have sent money abroad using it.

However, I now want to send some money from the UK to CH. Will Wise give me the address of a British bank to remit the sum to?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

Yes, when adding funds in GBP you get a UK bank to send the funds to.

Oh, and there I was, having read just the title, thinking we were about to enter fascinating philosophical musings on wisdom!

Thank you, that was exactly the clarification I needed.

I thought similar, as I wrote it , but what else could I entitle my post?

Is it just me or has Wise also disabled the top up in CHF option? Rarely use mine, but just noticed this earlier

No, I topped mine up the other day, direct to their CH Iban as normal bank transfer.

I’ve had a Wise account for some years.

I would like to change my Wise card from Visa to Mastercard but I can’t find anything on their app or website that will do this.

Also, there now appears to be no way to contact them. No chat, no email, no postal address.

I’m not even certain if they use Mastercard.

Can anyone help?

I don't see that you have a choice between VISA and MasterCard when reordering a card, but I see online photos that Wise Mastercard certainly exists. Maybe depending on the country?

You can contact the Wise team via email (see in help tab) or call them: +44 203 974 1320

Thank you,

I don’t see an e-mail address either on the app or their webpage. Could you forward it too me please. I don’t want to call the UK because of the cost

There’s no email available. You need to log in (on your computer, not sure if mobile version supports it), go to: https://wise.com/help , scroll down and select “contact us”, choose “Wise card”, select an issue “something else” and you’ll see “email us” where you can drop a question.
