My wife and my daughter 13 years old, hold a CH passport, I hold a non EU passport. I am planning to leave Swiss along with my family.
I made contributions to pillar 1, 2 & 3 over the years, this includes some Buy-ins in pillar 2.
My question is, on leaving CH, which of the above components (pillar 1, 2 &3) i could claim back on leaving the country. Your advise here would be very helpful.
You can withdraw everything from pillar 3a and the non-mandatory part of pillar 2. For pillar 1 and the mandatory part of pillar 2, the details depend on your citizenship (social security agreement) and the country of your new residence.
Best to contact your advisor at your Pillar 2 and 3 institutions and ask them for the withdrawal forms and let them know you are going to a non-EU country. They will ask you for your new address, deregistrations and possibly some others forms to fill out and notarise before your departure.
