I can keep my C permit and Swiss tax residence while I am not longer than 6 months abroad within any year period.
What is the legal law about working remotely for my current Swiss employer but from a EU country? If my current Swiss employer is fine with it, would I be allowed to work up to 6 months per year from abroad? or are there any other restrictions?
PS: I am EU citizen.
