Working in zwischenverdienst during RAV

I am a software engineer and have been with RAV since 7 months or so. They send me to a company that is supposed to help me find jobs and this company tells me to work at non-it related jobs like catering, sales person, gardening etc just to look fresh on my CV.

My question is, if I work somewhere for 25 chf/hr for a couple days, will that change my initial RAV salary (I know I will get less from RAV because I earn from another job, but that's not the question)?

Or can RAV force me afterwards to apply to non-it jobs just because I worked once?

(Please don't comment on why as a software engineer I still couldn't find job.)
