That's interesting.... i have to terminate the service because i am moving, can you tell me some tips? I know i have to notice the company two months before but i didn't find the module to be filled out. Thanks!
I needed to google 'yallo cancel subscription' to find out how to do it. You basically need to call a number from Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00.
They offered me a month of free internet, and to fix my speed downgrade if I stayed with them. They never fixed the speed though, so I ended up cancelling anyways.
I need to send back the router box by post to a certain address (I had to ask them to give me the address)
I have had the Hallo home box and I would consider myself to be a light user and I didn't have any problems with it. The cancellation requires a two-month notice period and it can be done easily over phone or even through online chat. The box can be moved around and that I found very handy. I think it's good value for an expat.
For me the speed is fairly poor. I dont use it so much so havent bothered changing it. The response I got was it varies depending on connection and area. This I am not convinced by.
To cancel, actually if you do some speed tests with these apps you can down load. Do a few speed tests at different times, screen shot the test history. When I communicated with them over the web chat, as there speed was at fault, as per speed test history, they would cancel the subscription immediately without the 2 months notice and no charge
I have just gotten myself a hobby room and decided that YALLO would be a good idea for my internet provider as the speed advertised would be adequate. The speed is very bad and not as advertised, it takes me a very long time to upload and download my photos and art work. It makes for a very laborious day. I have to find another faster reliable solution. This internet provider is not recommended.
