Does anyone have experience with getting a ZG license plate (with a particular number) transferred to them?
I have received the signed KS-Abtretung from the previous owner as well as their ID card (and extract from Handelsregister of the company the plate was previously assigned to).
Do I simply show up to the SVA in Steinhausen and hand the required docs in and receive my new plates on the spot?
I guess my vehicle will be momentarily parked in a public space without plates, any risk of getting it towed?
Also is there a choice of square/rectangular back plates or it has to be the same shape as the previous owner?
I will be handing in plates from my previous canton at the same time.
