I double check and treble check if necessary.
I completely detest sites which disable paste and force me to enter reference numbers, credit card details or telephone numbers by hand, and will refuse to use such sites where possible.

I hate those "point your smartphone at your screen" apps.
My Sparkasse in Germany uses flicker-codes, which is even worse.
Also, it probably barely runs on my 4S.
I hope I can at least continue to use the mobile app (which is actually pretty good).
Do you have to point the phone at the screen somehow?
How accurate do you have to point?
I'll find out soon enough, probably, but I don't want to miss a chance to complain to them.
It's much easier than entering some code off the screen into a security device, then copying the response back into the web page.
As far as two-factor authentication goes, this is the easiest I've seen.
a couple of days ago, she complained that it wasn't working even though she followed all instructions.
i sent her the link to the bank's youtube instruction video.
one day later she told me that she held the scanner backwards
i think banks should provide mental support for family members of elder people for ebanking.
The HTC One was very easy. Very fast and scanned great. But the LG was difficult-very particular with scanning and very slow with getting the Tan number. Eventually it worked OK.
But I can imagine that ZKB will be getting alot of complaints from people with older less capable phones. Phew!!
