I'd like to know how many power squats there are in a bottle of grappa. Is there an app for this? Perhaps a fitbit type device attached to the elbow could provide real time data.
Hahaha yes I love this. Although I must say my six-pack is sure taking its sweet time showing up despite my daily "5 hour workouts". Perhaps I should try a Bordeaux instead?
