Advice needed for a budget GPS software solution on a Netbok /w XP

I have a Nokia LD-3W Bluetooth GPS mouse and wish to use it with my Bluetooth enabled Netbook running on XP without requiring internet connectivity.

I'm currently toying with Franson GPSGate but would like a software that is independent of internet connectivity and includes detailed mapping of CH only.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

igo is available for xp, I have that running on my eee pc, you can erm download it from torrent sites. It was never officially released on the pc, but fanboys got hold of a demo version have been updatinging it ever since.

Looks promising

Google have just announced a new (free, I believe) satnav system:

But I suppose you need the latest phone gizmoes to make it work

This is the classical application for MapPoint Europe 2009! Torrent servers offer it for free. It works like a breeze
