advise [cancelled flight and want a refund]

can anybody advise me as i have no idea what to do.

on Saturday the 2nd of July I phoned turkish airways customer support center

as they had changed my connecting flights in Istanbul, not allowing me enough time to change planes, i then had to cancel my flights and was told i would have a refund on my credit card in 2 to 7 days for about 1900sfr per ticket .after many messages as you can guess i am still waiting i have spoken again to customer service who are now saying up to 2 years for a refund ,who do i complain to in Switzerland they were bought on turkish airways internet site could anybody give advise

Call Turkish Airline or ask your credit card provider to cancel the transaction.

it was to long ago and the credit card can do nothing ,so they say thankyou

Probably not much help now, but in the future you do not need to cancel your flights just because the airline changes schedule. You can cancel, but you do not have to.

If the airline changes in such a way that you can't make your connection, it is their problem. They are still obligated to get you to your destination.

Try using social media to complain. Twitter and Facebook seem to get more attention from customer service agents these days than emails.

Or the usual Swiss way - registered letter to the Swiss subsidiary giving 2 weeks to reimburse or else you will escalate to a Betreibug.
