Affordable gyms in Geneva

Hi Everyone!

Will be moving to Geneve in late August and would like to join a gym as soon as I arrive.

Are there any reasonably priced gyms that offer a good selection of new training equipment and clean changing rooms? I dont need a spa and a 'free towel service' and would like to pay under CH 75 per month.

Hope you could help me out.

If you're looking for cheaper gym memberships, I'd look at period offers at sites like Groupon. Here's a current one:

I don't know the gym and it's probably not the best in terms of quality or location, but you can't argue with 300 francs per year if the quality is at the very least acceptable.

If you are a student in Geneva, you can join university gym for 50chf per semester. The gym is simple, but clean and has lots of equipment.

I am a student at the university in Neuchâtel and I wanted to join a gym in Geneva (so I can go with my boyfriend who lives there) do you know if it is possible for me to join the Geneva uni gym? or is it only for students in in Geneva?

I think only students from unige and alumni as well, but you need to ask to make sure.
