Difficult. I found this on internet but have not been there (wanna check it out now though). They say they have Nigerian and Wetafrican food - guess they are Nigerian if they mention it specially
Two things seem strange to me though: The website is in German only and they don't list their menues. Would really like some egusi soup after all these years ...

Having lived in Ghana, Gambia and Senegal, you have two options... that I'm aware of. Ok, three.
On badenerstrasse, https://www.queenidia.ch/ is officially from further south/east - but does a mean fufu and soupa kanja. I eat here about once a month.
In the old part of town, there is a "Senegalese" restaurant. Haven't tried it but have seen it a few times.
In Lausanne, there is a Ghanaian store @ the station.

tried the egusi soup too haha! was IMHO tasty, so i order out once a month
