Carefully searched the forum, but unfortunately did not find the information.
I live in GE in rented apartment.
Please tell me who that was installed with the installation of air conditioning in the apartment? Permitted by law? Do I need to get any permission or consent of the tenants? You can only install a mobile air conditioner on the floor or you can install a complete split system? You can install air conditioning in every room? How much does it cost? Where to buy?

As Richdog suggests, you'll get the best answer from your letting agent (regie) or the owner.
But I very much doubt you'd be allowed to install anything permanently, your best bet would be buying mobile units. Even if you were allowed to I'm pretty certain that a permanent unit would have to left behind when you moved as it's considered as having become part of the building after installation and as such belongs to the buildings owner.
I've seen floor-standing air-conditioners in the large Migros DIY in Carouge for 160 francs upwards, you'll probably find similar units in the Coop or Jumbo as well.
I also did think about mobile one. But seems like it anyway need a space and a whole in window to put hot outside. I think i will not be allowed to install one. My previous landlord told me, that its just one month hot and he could not understand, that i need an AC even if its 1 day hot.
Did anyone fix the priblem with landlird/regie and get permission to install ac?
And the mobile conditioners are not powerfull, seems like i will need to install 4 in my 6 rooms apt, that would be much more expensive to install one, but that one covers 140m2 as i did foun out on sharp web site... Or Im wrong?

Your landlord has a point... do you really need to go to the expense of fitting AC units simply for 30-60 days of hot weather?
Install some ceiling fans in your living and sleeping areas, they make a nice difference.
+1 We manage just fine with stand fans, and for us it's more like 20 really hot days. Totally not worth portable A/C blocking a window, or dealing with the regie, imho. Open everything at night with fans on, close up in the morning and rolls the shades out.

I have mobile unit, tricky part is (as someone mentioned above) the hole for hot air outlet, I have constructed a little thing (from 2 pieces of chip board) that is 'L' shaped, it has a hole and it get's caught by our sun shatters, so while in operation I have shutters closed on top of mu thing to which I have hot air hose connected and I have window open a bit (but no sun nor direct hot air gets in)... This pretty much works.
Downside of mobile devices is noise though...
Anything that involves altering the fabric of a property (including the window glass) will require permission from the owner... either directly or through the letting agent.
To be honest, it's very unlikely that you're going to get this and so you're going to have to manage with mobile units and/or fans.
It really doesn't stay hot long enough here in the summer to justify the cost of installing air-conditioning.
I know it has been humid recently but it didn't last that long, did it?.
It's done nothing but rain most of the time for weeks!
I have just spent 7k on Air con units, however I have only needed to use them in dehumidifier setting, which uses way less power.
Dehumidifies are quite cheap, it feels about 5 degrees cooler than it actually is when they are running.
Personally if it gets too hot I just get the grand-daughters paddling pool out!

You usually want to have the AC compressor outside your walls due to its noise, however, your neighbors might not be happy about the noise ...that can be another issue with AC.
I am not really sure, but in Zurich there are very strict rules regarding air conditioners. They are so strict that even hotels that have AC put a sign outside - "air conditioned".
Nevertheless, it is much easier just to take standing fan and use it when it is really hot. Also, if you put a wet towel over the fan, you'll get better effect.
In my apartment there was a small wood panel in the box that held the roller shutters. I took it out (a few screws) and made a replica with a hole in it out of plywood. I could then connect the air con unit outlet pipe to this hole and then simply put back the original piece when handing back the apartment.
THe air con unit could then be left permanently installed and just turned on when required with no holes in glass, or faffing with setting it up each time etc.
It's for sale as we now live higher up with cooler drier air. Offers welcome
