Almond Cow - Tips and Recipes

We started using more nut, seed and grain milks (Almond, oat, cashew etc) but found them quite expensive. So, we bought an Almond Cow . I'm skeptical of devices, but have fallen in love with a few of them (like the Instant Pot).

The Almond Cow is a plant based-milk maker.

I like it. It's smaller than I thought it would be, about the size of a large kettle. It's very easy to use and importantly clean. So far we have made cashew, almond, and tiger nut milks. As far as coffee goes, I'm still a cow milk fan, but the best milk for an alternative has been tiger nuts.

Does anyone else have a Almond Cow? Do you enjoy using it? What have you found works for you? Have you any recipes to share?

I learn something new every day, never heard of it.

I once bought almond milk in the bio-shop when I had this "health-freak"-workmate raving about it. But I didn't like it at all. I must admit though, I am a cow-milk-fan, can't live without it.

Do you make use of the pulp as well? Saw this when checking out your info.

For some milks, like cashew I mix the pulp back in because I like it. For others the pulp can be used in porridge or bakes.
