Annual leave at Nestlé?

I've searched and googled but can't find the answer to this. Would anyone be willing to share what the standard annual leave for Vevey Nestlé employees? Ive just applied for a job there and am very early on in the process, and don't want to ask just yet!!

I would never be afraid to ask what the package is - too many people treat the employment relationship like they're doing you a favour.

They pay and provide benefits, you work to the best of your ability.

The full package is a critical part of any decision / comparison, in addition to of course how interesting the job is, prospects, location etc etc.

also ask about policy of facebook use on the job and making personal calls during work time too?

EDIT: also whether EF is blocked by the firewall...

Okaaaaay....

Thanks for the 'advice'. I was hoping someone would share an actual number f days. Most big employers will have a set amount of annual leave and googling usually unearths it.

I will ask but my interview isn't for a few weeks and I'm impatient

You would be employed in Canton de Vaud, so below employee rights apply (in French though):

You are entitled to minimum 4 weeks (20 days) if you are over 20 years old. Other rules/restrictions may apply but the minimum is set (as far as I know).

Also below public holidays would apply for you (2015):

Thanks, I'd seen that but does Nestlé stick to the statutory minimum? Is it usual for companies to give more? Does Nestlé??

This article (written during 6 Weeks for all campaign) seems to claim that Nestle employees get five as standard, with executives getting an additional week.

Great, thank you!

If you go in with this in mind, i shouldn't bother even turning up for the interview.

At the very worst it'll be 20 days (federal minimum) and more likely 25 days

5 standard, little bit more if you are cadre graded.
