If you tried their service before, I would like to listen to your comments! Thank you very much!
Hope you got the slingers in the meantime 😊
Could you please share your feedback on your experience with bestsmile?
Looking forward!

I used to be a patient at one of these chains and they were always trying to upsell me on needless stuff.
And when once I went to another dentist for a second opinion they were already bad mouthing this other dentist before I had a chance to tell them what the other dentist had said.
I am finishing my treatment and I am happy to share my experience with Bestsmile.
I would absolutely not recommend Bestsmile to anyone based on my experience. But, apparently there are happy customers out there, so it may work for you.
My story: Last year I made the decision to correct my crooked teeth - after a consultation with real orthodontist who suggested to do the Invisalign treatment (cost 10-11k CHF.) As I had loads of ads on my Instagram page from Bestsmile (with free treatment plan, third of the price - which was very attractive), I decided to go to the Basel branch.
It is very important you to know, that it is only cosmetic treatment and only moves the teeth between the 2 canines! If you have more complicated issue, do not even bother with Bestsmile!
To be able to move your teeth, they have to make space so they slice (or file) the side of your teeth with a thin metal sanding sheet.
So I asked if they can do my teeth without this slicing (as I had space after my canines and I naively thought they could use this extra space), and they agreed without explaining how this decision impacts the result. I never had a chance to compare the to plans (with and without slicing) and the expected result looked good on the computer.
Unfortunately in real life the result is not great. During my treatment I realised that the computer simulation may not be accurate and seeing my last aligner I started to have doubts. I mentioned this to my dentist multiple times but I always got a "don't worry, everything will be fine" answer.
So now I have finished with my aligners, the result is not what I expected. I was told that I need to pay again for the treatment if I want to correct it (they offered me a discount though). I did not accept this, so it feels like I wasted 4200 CHF and nearly 10 months, when I could have gone to a proper orthodontist.
Also about the service: my emails were ignored / not answered in 95% of the time. The app was so sh*t that after 2 months I stopped using it. I wasted so much time going to Basel (I live in Aargau) when things could have been sorted out with a short phone call. Every time I called them, they promised me to call back - never called me back. The receptionists are only for decoration: they can't help you with anything, they can only book appointments. Speaking English is a challenge for them - sometimes even for the dentists.
There are also some signs that the company does not want to invest in a good service: there is a big staff turnover, the dentists seems overworked - they have time for a max 3-5 mins checkup. The Basel branch seems to be cheaply done: very basic equipment, no dentist light in the treatment rooms, there is no air downstairs where 2 treatment rooms squeezed in. Upstairs the "treatment room" is separated with a curtain (no privacy).
Pro-tip: if you decide to go ahead with them, do not pay for your fix retainers upfront! I was stupid enough to do it, so now I can fight for my money (as clearly do not want to fix my teeth in this state).
I hope this is helpful.
