Any electronic music lovers near Zürich? (dnb / techno etc)

Don't sell yourself short with some rinky-dinky emoji.

Perfect!

Course, I'm only joshing with you; but the image of Futurama-style, music-loving robots planning a night out was too irresistible to ignore.

I'm probably a bit too old for your scene (more accurately, my hair is too long); I'm even older than xynth (he's just a baby...), so the only thing I really like to dance these days is the Mussolini:

All hair lengths welcome, especially if you have dance moves like those girls

@expathere : There are a couple of nights that might be good on next weekend (that clash).

- Mall Grab & Miley Serious at Zukunft: https://www.residentadvisor.net/events/1103573 (I like the description of Miley Serious - "chaining relentless sets that mix acid house, ghetto house, industrial and electronic" )

- Eats Everything at Club Bellevue: https://www.facebook.com/events/2021065351472650/

Let's have some more DAF; the granddaddies of this scene:

I pretty much learnt German from this song. None of that A,B,C nonsense: this is all you need.

Das Schönste was es gibt, wenn du mich im Wasser liebst.

Yesss speakeron, two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Oh nein!! I missed it!! I've been off for the last week on holidays abroad, sorry for my late reply. What about the next weekend , anything interesting?

Anybody going somewhere this weekend or the next one??

Guys,

Look at this: Loco Dice in Club Norderst Basel, on July 31st.

Anybody joining? Super techno

What's up clubbers! Anybody interested in going to Norderst club next Saturday( the day after tomorrow) to see Dubfire in the mix? Good techno guaranteed.

Good evening everybody

Reminded: Andrea Oliva and Loco Dice in Club Nordstern. Come on guys let's kill it that night!

After a hard weekend pounding the dance floor, let's chill down with this wonderful performance by Alessandro Cortini and the legendary (and sadly missed) Don Buchla. Don, along with his arch-nemesis Robert Moog[1], essentially invented the tools of modern electronic music.

[1] Pronounced to rhyme with vogue .

Hey buddies, anybody fancy to a trance night out tomorrow? AVA Transformers is the one. Otherwise on Saturday night, Deborah De Luca the Italian techno lady will be in Kaufleuten.

Good evening and nice weekend!

Electronic music ISN'T!

Tom

Hello !

I love oldskool UK Happy Hardcore and Breakbeat Rave from the early 90s (let's say the whole rave music from 1987-1996).

The oldskool UK Happy Hardcore is my life, this fast breakbeat rhythm and euphoric piano melodies gave, gives and will give me a joy every day. It's so important in my life that I started to buy vinyls. I will buy also turntables soon. I'm really addicted to this climate so much, that I think every day what vinyls should I order. I've already "cleaned" almost all vinyl-shops in Zuerich and Bern from Happy Hardcore. I also order records from Discogs.

I've received such records recently:

Overdubb - Eruption

Vibes & Wishdokta - Gonna be alright

Poosie - It's Gonna Be

Luna C - Piano Confusion

If you have any vinyls with the oldskool dance music (90-95) you don't need - I will buy them. UK Happy Hardcore and Breakbeat Rave - I will take all.

I'm so addicted because as a child I did not have the opportunity to listen to this climate (I came from a small town). I was about 12 years old at that time ... and when I saw any commercials with rave music on TV, I thought I would jump into the TV then.

I know all about this music now and I love everyone who plays the old dance music from vinyls.

To sum up - "true" HARDCORE will never DIE .... and how it is in the song Praga Khan - "Injected with a poison.

We don't need THAT anymore ". You know what I mean

Ok Tom Petty

Anyone on here been to Club Supermarket in Zürich? Would you recommend it? Tale of Us and Recondite are playing there on 30.11.

Mr. Pink

Hey, I've only been once before but liked it there - not sure how the crowd etc might vary depending on the night. I think I'm probably going to Tale of Us too

hi guys,

I moved back to Switzerland after 8 years abroad. I'm now based in Luzern

Back on the day, i used to go out a lot, especially to Zukunft (my favourite) and Hive. That being said, it would be nice to organize a night out sometime soon!!

Hi saroohoo, thanks for the info. I have tickets so quite likely to go. Hoping it will be a really good night.
